Message from Late Sh. Milkha Singh
		Late. Shri. Milkha Singh Ji Pannu who was a farmer, he was gifted with the forward thinking, Honesty, sympathetic nature towards poor people and religious mentality. He remained the head (Sarpanch) of village Maari Pannwan for 10 years and during this time period he developed the main road to the link road of the village. Contributed in the developing the position of the village’s Primary School, first middle and then in high school. In 1988 when a dangerous flood occurred in river Beas and the people of near the village got a big loss, then Late. Shri. Milkha Singh Pannu helped the people from economically, socially and from every side. Late. Shri. Milkha Singh Pannu stood first in the 10th standard and he provided higher education to his children. Their children walking on their steps have got the good positions and become best teachers. Today PANNU Group of Colleges which is touching the peaks of success, and is running under, their name the Registered Society Shri. Milkha Singh Memorial Educational Society.
